Server 2016 HyperV clients hang on reboot

Just found an issue with relocating the pagefile to a volume OTHER than the C: drive for a Hyper V guest on server 2016.  If you do not disable the memory dump.

Not sure why Microsoft haven’t disabled the memory dump function if there isn’t a pagefile on the C: drive, there have been a few reports, but I can’t see this being fixed due to the relatively simple workaround.

With more replication/backups and we STILL don’t have a suitable internet connectivity everywhere, removing the pagefile from replication or backups is required at some businesses!
