Water–Apparently is key to diet.

Been discovering a few things about me.  Turns out I need water.  Turns out, I don’t know the difference between feeling thirsty and feeling hungry, and have been defaulting to eating first, instead of drinking first.

Going through some re-education, where I’ve made a “rule” that I must have a drink of water (500ml) before having coffee or food.

Apart from the obvious increase toilet trips, I’m actually finding that I’m getting fuller faster, and not “needing” as much food as I’d previously thought!
